When you send an inquiry, request a quote, or contact TOOREA, we may receive your name, company name, country or region, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, product interest, quantity, target market, and customization requirements.
How we use inquiry information
Inquiry information is used to understand your sourcing request, prepare product recommendations, discuss samples, review OEM/ODM requirements, and communicate about quotation or project follow-up.
No online checkout
This website does not process online payments, shopping carts, or consumer checkout orders. Product and project communication is handled as inquiry communication.
Information sharing
TOOREA does not sell website inquiry information. Information may be used internally by relevant sales, product, production, or project communication team members to respond to your request.
Website cookies and analytics
This website uses essential browser storage for normal site operation. The first-party toorea_consent_v2 preference cookie records your current consent choice for up to 180 days (SameSite=Lax, Secure on production, readable by the website so the server can respect the choice). Only after analytics consent, a successful inquiry may set the short-lived toorea_lead_receipt authorization cookie for up to 30 minutes (HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax); it contains a signed random receipt ID, timestamps, and safe form type, not buyer contact details. With your permission, TOOREA may use analytics storage for Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. Microsoft Clarity always receives advertising storage as denied. Advertising storage, advertising user-data signals, and advertising personalization remain disabled unless you explicitly accept advertising preferences. After that explicit advertising choice, this website may keep allowlisted campaign fields and Google click identifiers in session storage for the current tab and copy them into a submitted inquiry so TOOREA can assess campaign quality. Landing URLs are reduced to their TOOREA path, external referrers to their origin, and unrelated query parameters are not retained. This attribution is cleared when advertising consent is absent or withdrawn. Advertising consent does not mean every advertising vendor is currently active. Inquiry forms remain available when non-essential storage is rejected, and you can change your preferences at any time through Cookie settings in the footer.
Security and anti-spam verification
Inquiry forms may use Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce spam and automated abuse. Turnstile verification helps protect the website and inquiry workflow before a message is submitted.
Inquiry storage
Submitted inquiry records may be stored in TOOREA's Strapi CMS for sales follow-up, internal notes, lead status, and project communication history. Access is limited to authorized operators and technical maintainers.
Data retention and updates
inquiry records may be retained for reasonable business follow-up, project reference, and sourcing communication. You may contact TOOREA to request correction or removal of your inquiry information where applicable.
